How is this overview created?
All figures come from the same assessment as the individual tools: weather, seeing, transparency, moon, wind and light pollution at your location. The object of the evening and the top 10 come from the observation recommendation (binoculars).
The bottleneck is the currently weakest factor. The best hour is the contiguous window with the best conditions. „How exceptional?“ ranks this night against the last 30 nights at your location. That history builds up over time – until enough nights are available, the preview of the coming 7 nights is used as a stopgap (past nights cannot be retrieved retroactively from weather forecasts).
